Working motherhood is hard. But, we do not have to go through it alone. In this episode of the Professional Mom Squad, I talk about the importance of finding your squad. We should all have people cheering us on, listening to us, and helping us along. We can’t take over the world unless we band together!
As mothers, there is always a lot to do and often not a whole lot of sleep or relaxation. It is a lot of confusion. A lot of responsibility. It is a lot of learning. And you need help. You need a squad.
I also added a “Music Mantra” segment and “Normalizing Motherhood” segment where I talk about the ever-important topic of hemorrhoids and poop. (Yep, not kidding.)
