Unmask. Unlearn. Reclaim.
The revolution starts at home.

Regardless of how we become parents, raising kids will bring up all kinds of past issues for each of us.  It makes sense because we are taking on a new and important role.  But, how do we learn how to parent?  We may read a book or two.  But, whether we realize it or not, we think back to how we were raised by our parents and what we’ve seen others do.

In this episode, I talk about this and how raising kids pushes all our buttons and crosses all our boundaries.  A solid sense of self and as much maturity as you can gather will go a long way to making us even better parents.
