Duh?  Don't we all?

We can prepare as much as we want for an event. But, sometimes life has other plans for us.

In this episode of the Professional Mom Squad podcast, we’re talking with Kimberly Pardi about the birth of her precious son, Angelo.

Kim knew that her pregnancy was high risk. But, she did not expect to go to the ER at 30 weeks pregnant and be hospitalized until her son was born two weeks later. After her C-section, Angelo was taken to the NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) where they discovered that he would need surgery.

Months later, Kim and her husband, Brian, were able to take Angelo home. It wasn’t what she expected. But, with the support of her friends and family, she got through an incredibly challenging period. Now, Kim shares what she learned and tips for other parents that find themselves in this situation.
